Pita & Tuna Sandwiches

If you read yesterday’s post on making pita bread, you’ll know that I have fresh homemade pita bread in my refrigerator that I just couldn’t wait to use. So after church and shopping, I made tuna sandwiches for Joel and I.

I warmed the pitas a bit on a low flame.

Then I stuffed the “perfect” pockets with tuna.
Yummy! Hubby said he liked them
and they didn’t fall apart like the ones from the store!

I’ll add my tuna recipe to a recipe page as soon
as soon as I get the recipe pages together. 🙂

(Side note: I need to test a mayo recipe when I get my order from Augason Farms. I’ll also have to figure out how to can lemon juice. And I wonder if I can make mayo without electricity by using my Kitchen Plus?)
