If you read yesterday’s post on making pita bread, you’ll know that I have fresh homemade pita bread in my refrigerator that I just couldn’t wait to use. So after church and shopping, I made tuna sandwiches for Joel and I.
I warmed the pitas a bit on a low flame.
I’ll add my tuna recipe to a recipe page as soon
as soon as I get the recipe pages together. 🙂
(Side note: I need to test a mayo recipe when I get my order from Augason Farms. I’ll also have to figure out how to can lemon juice. And I wonder if I can make mayo without electricity by using my Kitchen Plus?)
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.” – Isaiah 43:2 NKJV
